The exterior foundation system installed by ALL SEASONS WATERPROOFING AND DRAINAGE, INC. is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship, and no water shall pass through any wall where the system is installed. Said guarantee shall be in effect for the lifetime of the structure. This guarantee may be transferred to future homeowners provided written notification to All Seasons Waterproofing and Drainage, Inc. is received within 45 days after the closing date of the acquisition of the residence.

Crawlspace drainage systems

The crawlspace drainage system installed by ALL SEASONS WATERPROOFING AND DRAINAGE, INC. is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship, and no water shall pass from any wall where the system is installed through the system and collect in the crawlspace. Said guarantee shall be in effect for the lifetime of the structure. This guarantee may be transferred to future homeowners provided written notification to All Seasons Waterproofing and Drainage, Inc. is received within 45 days after the closing date of the acquisition of the residence.

Yard drainage solutions

The curtain / French drain installed by ALL SEASONS WATERPROOFING AND DRAINAGE, INC. is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship. No water shall accumulate over the system’s top, and water going into the system shall drain freely to the discharge point. Said guarantee shall be in effect for the lifetime of the structure. This guarantee may be transferred to future homeowners provided written notification to All Seasons Waterproofing and Drainage, Inc. is received within 45 days after the closing date of the acquisition of the residence.

Each system is guaranteed to perform as designed in the areas where it is installed. Any water intrusion caused by workmanship failure will be corrected.

Transfer & Warranty

Most guarantees can be transferred to the next homeowner with written notification within 45 days of closing.

Warranty details:

Mechanical components such as sump pumps and alarms are covered under manufacturer warranties. Our team will assist with warranty support as needed.

The guarantees contained herein shall not apply to condensation or any system repaired by a party other than the contractor, altered in any way, or subject to misuse, negligence, or accident. The contractor’s liability under this guarantee shall be limited to the repair/replacement of any defective work or material, and the contractor shall be liable for no other damages or losses.

Pump and mechanical components are under the manufacturer’s warranty and are not considered part of the water control or drainage guarantee. The contractor is not responsible for frozen discharge lines, water once pumped from the house, operation of any existing discharge or drainage lines not installed by the contractor, or any basement area not specifically treated by the work performed.

These guarantees are made instead of any other obligation or liability expressed or implied on anyone’s part.
