We have used All Seasons twice now with great results. They first did a waterproofing job in our sons crawlspace. When he bought the house, there was quite literally a lake in the crawlspace. It had apparently been this way for a long time and there was a terrible mold problem in the house. It was not even possible to walk by the outside opening to the crawlspace without your eyes watering and having breathing issues.
They inspected the job, said it would be no problem and gave a reasonable estimate. The work was done on-time and on budget and most of all it worked great. This has been over 3 years now and they haven’t had a problem since.
Because of this, we had them do their magic in our own home. All went well but we found a minor problem with the concrete repair. They came back out, agreed that there was a problem and sent the crew back and they re-did all of their previous work without complaint and apologized for the inconvenience. Great customer service.
Our neighbor just asked for a recommendation for their basement and we were happy to pass along this great find.
